Laddie Rajnus and sons started a seed business in 1949. Originally Laddie and son Carl began, then later sons George and Don added. Rajnus Brothers Seed was formed in 1980 with George and Don. At the present, Rajnus Brothers Seed is currently managed by sons George Jr. and Gavin. The farm is located in beautiful Klamath County in Southern Oregon, high in the semi-arid desert with fertile soil.

It has been the Rajnus Family Seed Farms' choice to hand-cut all seed lots. The process is slower and it costs more, but we believe it pays dividends. This ensures that any tuber which is cut and does not show clean is discarded. The knife is disinfected before another tuber is cut.
